PICK UP IN STORE

To help our customers save on postage, we are offering a "Pick Up In Store" service. You will receive a separate, specific e-mail from our Mail Order Department saying your order is Ready for Collection. Once you receive this e-mail, you may come and collect your purchase at your earliest convenience from our store at 83 Macquarie Street, Parramatta, 2150. Please note that your initial order confirmation e-mail is not the "Ready for Collection" e-mail. 

STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Post) 

Delivery time via Australia Post is normally 1 - 4 business days within Australia, but we cannot guarantee it. Please allow 1-5 days for dispatch.

Shipping costs are not refundable for returns.

Please note we do not offer a safe drop unless requested otherwise. This means your parcel must be signed for on delivery, if you are not present you will receive a note from Australia Post advising of their attempted delivery. Your tracking number will also show this on their website. This will indicate they've taken your parcel to your local post office and will be waiting for collection.

If you would like to have your parcel left somewhere Australia Post deems safe, you must email us with this request to sales@peterwynnscore.com.au

Please be advised every order before dispatch is thoroughly reviewed and handled with care. Once these items leave our store & or Warehouses with 'Safe Drop', we are not liable for any goods that are damaged, lost or stolen during transit or on delivery.

You will receive an e-mail once your purchase has been dispatched. The e-mail will include a tracking number for your item, which you can use on the Australia Post website in the "Track my Item" section to locate your parcel.

All import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We are unable to prepay these charges on your behalf. Please check with your local customs authority for estimated costs before placing your order.
