If a wrong size is purchased. What is the poilcy on exchanging for another size?
If a wrong size is purchased, providing the product is in it's original and unused condition with the tags, we will gladly exchange it for you.
Please note it is the consumers responsibilty to cover the postage and handling costs in this situation.
Please include in the parcel with the goods the documentation showing a proof of purchase and a small note with the exact details of what you would like to exchange for (size, product and colour etc)
Please note: Items that have been personalised will not be accepted for an exchange unless faulty.
Can I return or exchange my purchase in store or does it have to be posted?
Yes you can bring your item into the store for exchange or return if you wish. Please remember to always bring a proof of purchase and make sure the goods are in their original condition with the tags.
What does "PRE-SALE" mean for my purchase?
A PRE-SALE item is an item made available for purchase prior to the item being In-Stock. This means once the stock is released by the manufacturer your purchase is pulled aside for you before it hits the public so you don't miss out. It will be then sent or you will be contacted to pick it up. We highly recommend this method of buying in the current climate due to limited stock availability to avoid disappointment
Are Facebook Specials redeemable in store?
Yes they are if the below are applicable and approved by a senior manager
- The allocated stock hasn't sold out online:
Some sales state eg: "Only 21 Items Allocated", if the '21' are sold then the sale is finished and the price is not redeemable in store.
- The size is available online at that price :
If the stock is still available online, available in the size you want online, available at the special price online and you have it in your posession in the store, yes you can get the item at that price in store. If the size isn't available online and you find the size in store then it is not available at the sale price unless approved by a senior manager.
- If it is within the sale period:
Some sales will have eg: '24 HOURS ONLY' or a specific time frame allocated for the sale. If you are in store, within the time period, yes you can still get the special price. The price will not be honoured if you are outside of the time frame unless approved by a senior manager.
What is your policy on refunding items purchased?
We only accept refunds in the case of an item being of unsatisfactory quality (ie: faulty). We do not offer refunds in the case of a change of mind or a wrong size. If this is the case we can offer a store credit to the customer of value to the purchase.
