Can I bring my online order to the store for return or exchange?

Yes, you can return your purchase to our store in Parramatta for as an exchange or store for a store credit. The item will need to be brand new, unworn and with original tags.

Please have your online order confirmation email ready with ID as proof of purchase.

Can I return a purchase made with afterpay?


Yes, we accept after-pay purchase returns and will be able to issue a store credit or exchange as per normal

Refunds: The amount refunded will depend on where you are at with your after-pay payments

The total amount of the payments you have made will be refunded. Any remaining payments you have not paid will be cancelled.
  1. A) If you have paid 1 x installment of $50, then $50 will be refunded and the remaining 3 X $50 installments will be cancelled.
  2. B) If you have not paid any installments, then no amount will be refunded and all installments will be cancelled. 
Please note: Afterpay payments continue to be paid until your return has arrived back with us and has been processed by accounts as we are not able to pause the payments

I purchased something with a gift voucher, can I return this item?

Yes, this is no problem

We will provide a gift voucher or exchange

We do not refund any gift voucher purchases for cash

I need to return my item..

All customers are able to request to have their purchase replaced if it fails to meet an acceptable quality when it arrives or refunded if it is faulty and not able to be replaced.

If the item is faulty but is able to be replaced by us then we are not required to give a refund

Please ensure all items arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition with original tags. If you are returning shoes, please make sure you return them in the original box. 

We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

What does it cost to send an item back as a return?

If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the postage costs back to us and then back out to you. So, it will cost you nothing.

If you are returning an item for another size, colour or general change of mind on the purchase we do not cover the postage costs and you will be liable for the postage to us and back to you.

When will my return be sent back?

Your return should be completed within 1-5 business days of being received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed. If there is a delay on the return you will be notified.

For example if the replacement item is coming from warehouse, you will be given an approximate turn around time

Please ask for a tracking number when you send your item back so we can track it and ensure it gets here safely.

We do not take responsibility for any lost returns

During busy periods during the season we may take slightly longer to return your item but do be assured it is our top priority to turn these around and get them back to you as soon as possible and we will be doing everything we can to do so

Has my return been received?

If your return is showing delivered at the post office, we will have it collected from there within 1 business day of arrival date and will begin processing the return

Please wait 1-5 business days before contacting us as if you have not received any information on the return, it means we are in the process of completing the return.

If it has been longer than 5 business days and you have not been notified of any delays, please send us an email straight away to sales@peterwynnscore.com.au
 
Can I get refunded to a different card than I originally used for the purchase?

We can only refund via the same method of payment you used originally on your order.
If you no longer have that card, your bank will send the money to your bank account like to that card originally.

EXCHANGES

How long until I receive my exchange?

Once we receive your exchange, your return will take up to 5 business days to process unless advised otherwise.
 
You will be notified via email once the exchange is on it’s way back to you

STORE CREDIT

Can my store credit be used Online or In-Store?

Your store credit can be used online, in-store or over the phone

You do not have to use the full amount all at once, whatever is remaining will be re applied as a store credit

There is no time limit on your store credit it can be used whenever you like
REFUND INFO

I haven’t got my refund yet, how long does it take?

All refunds generally take 1-10 business days to hit your bank account

Once the refund has been completed, our accounts team will send you an email to notify you.

Do you refund?

We do not refund on change of mind purchases.

If the item received is incorrect or faulty and can't be replaced we can issue a full refund but if it can be replaced or fixed we are not required to give a refund

We do not refund on Pre-Sale/Pre-Order items, we provide a store credit to the full amount with no expiry date
