Shipping Options


To help our customers save on postage, we are offering a "click and collect" service. You will receive a seperate specific email from our Mail Order Department saying that your order is Ready for Collection. Once you receive this email you may come and collect your purchase at your earliest convenience from our store at 197 Church Street, Parramatta, NSW, 2150. Please note that the initial order confirmation email you recieve is not the "Ready for Collection" e-mail. 


Delivery time via Australia Post is normally 1 - 4 business days within Australia but we cannot guarantee delivery time. Please allow 1-5 days for dispatch.

Shipping costs are not refundable for returns.

Facebook Specials - Due to extremely large responses to these sales, some sales may take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

You will recieve an e-mail once your purchase has been dispatched which will include a tracking number for your item which you can use on the Australia Post website in the "Track my Item" section to locate your parcel.

Returns / Refunds

We will accept the return of items for change of mind, but only if unused and within 14 days of delivery. Returns can be for store credit or exchange but will not be refunded unless they are deemed unsatisfactory quality (faulty).  Special order Items will not be accepted for change of mind return.

Cancellation of orders within our shipping terms and pick up terms will result in a store credit to the value amount of the item purchased. 

In the event of a change of mind purchase, whether a pre-order, online or in store purchase, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement. 

This is in addition to your rights under the Trade Practices Act to the remedy of defective goods or goods that are not as described on our web site.  The 7 days change of mind policy does not apply to returns under the Trade Practices Act.

To make a return within the allowed 14 days for Change of Mind:
First, email us at to make sure we agree that your item is returnable. This is also to let us know to watch for your return in the mail. No returns can be accepted unless you email us first and we agree to accept the return.

In your email, also tell us whether you want a store credit or exchange.

Shipping cost of the returned items is the responsibility of the customer. You should also ask the post office for a delivery confirmation label. If we don't receive the goods, we can't offer the refund, so its definitely a good idea to use delivery confirmation.
